Unable to unlock license

Hello!

I recently purchased a support extension for one of four X theme licenses using another ThemeCo account and therefore needed to transfer the license however I do not see the option (Unlock button) within the site name listed in my account. How do I go about revoking if the option is unavailable ?

Unlocking the license is the only way to transfer it. If you are not seeing the unlock license as shown in the given screenshot, please share the account details from where you want to transfer it.
