Unable to see update permalink

Hello,

Since the last update I have experienced two issues:
1- I cannot change permalinks
2- There is no “cornerstone” tab any longer.

Would you please help fix this?

Thanks for reaching out.

Upgrading WordPress can be the reason for this issue, we are currently testing our themes and plugins with the updated version of WordPress, theme and bundled plugins will be released after it has passed our test.

I would suggest you downgrade the WordPress version of your website, till the updated version of the theme & plugin released.

I also recommend you to do the following procedures.

  1. TESTING FOR THEME RELATED ISSUE
  2. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
  3. THEME UPDATE
  4. CHILD THEME
  5. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
  6. VERSION COMPATIBILITY

Only if none of that help, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

Thank you for your quick reply.
Both issues were related to the version of WordPress that was just updated.
I downgraded my WP version from 5.5 to 5.4.2 using https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-downgrade/ and the issue is resolved.
