Unable to save updates to page

After adding a section and adding any content, I am unable to save the page. I have looked at this thread https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/help-cant-save-changes-made-changes-and-when-i-try-to-save-there-is-a-circle-with-a-line-through-it/841, but would like to know if you are going the fix this issue.

Hey there,

I couldn’t get in to your site. Please check.

Please also contact your host and ask for your resource usage history. Maybe they’ve limited your site because you’ve reached the limits.

Thanks.

My apologies, i gave you the wrong login info.

Hello,

I’ve checked that you aren`t using any plugin installed on Dashboard > Plugin -> http://prntscr.com/fsn1dm - it could be some corrupted files, so, reinstall the theme can be an option to solve your problem.

Hello,

I don’t know why you were unable to view the plugins, I have tested it with the account and is working now. Please check again or send me a list of all known plugins that are not compatible with the theme.

Thank you

Hello There,

I have logged and tested Cornerstone in your site. I create a test page and I was able to make a series of changes in several occasions with no issues at all. You can check it in the secure note I added in your post.

Could you please tell us which page you are trying to edit and have encountered the issue?

Thanks.

Hello,

I am unable to add content in the home page, it indicates it has been save but does not show in front end and if I move the content by dragging to a new location in the page I am unable to save it. See secured note for links.

Thank you

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! I am getting this error when I tried to save:
http://abkids.org/cornerstone-endpoint 403 (Forbidden)

The request returns 403 Forbidden when saving, and it’s mostly related to security. Please contact your hosting provider and see if they can disable the security or exclude that URL and all requests (all payload related to that URL ) from your security rules.

Please let us know how it goes.

Hello,

I have contacted my Hosting provider and their response is below.

We have checked the issue, but we’re not getting any error in the logs and seems like its an issue with the theme. I would suggest you to contact their support team to assist you further. If they suggest to make any changes in php modules/settings, please let us know so we can assist you further.

I have tested it again and found I can create pages but after saving I am unable to add any new content, this would indicate to me it is a theme issue, if it were a server security issue I would not be able to create a new page.

I will await your response.

Thank you

Hello There,

Thanks for updating in! I have re edited the test page I create and I have successfully change the text in it. It means that on the test page, my changes has been saved. When I edit your homepage, none of my changes has been saved. It seems that there is blocking Cornerstone from saving the changes. Since the username you gave has a very limited access (http://prntscr.com/fv3jxj), could you please send us the screenshot of the WooCommerce > System Status page?

Thank you in advance.

Hello,

You now have access to the WooCommerce > System Status page. Sorry I have to do this but I have had bad experiences in the past with developers. If you need access to anything else please let me know and I will grant access to it.

Thank you

Hi there,

It’s because of special characters which seem to be not acceptable for your site/host. I went ahead and deleted ’ and " and re-added them and it’s now saving.

But I have to remove this content since it’s causing 403 response
