Unable to save my frontpage with cornerstone

Hello!

After X update from 5.1.0 to 9.1.4, I can’t update my site.
Once I try to save, I get this error.
Uh oh. Failed to save!
Failed to save. {code: ‘internal_server_error’

It’s specific to my frontpage.
When I duplicate my frontpage, I can update the new page without error.

I already checked these issues.

1. Plugin Conflict
2. Disabling Cache
3. PHP max script execution time and memory_limit

I need your support to solve this problem.

X 9.1.4
Cornerstone 6.1.4
Wordpress 5.8.3

Since you are done with the basic troubleshooting procedure and the issue still persists. Would you mind sharing your admin credential so that we can check the backend settings? To do that, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

Can you please disable the Captcha because we can’t seem to get pass the login without it.

Hi Tomonari,

I have checked your Frontpage and found the issue you described here. I have also checked it by duplicating the content and found that it saving correctly on another page. There might be something that is blocking it to save the page, I would suggest you set the duplicate page as Frontpage and check if that works for you.
