Unable to save Layout & Design Site max-width

The Published button is inactive so I cannot save change made to the site max-width. I have version 5.2.5 of X Theme installed.

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • FTP credentials

I have the same problem with Site Max Width and Site Width (%) since the last theme update

Hello @Jaubin,

I have tried several times and still the given credentials is not working for us. It seems that the username is incorrect.

I done initial investigation for your site and you have installed X theme correctly. This could be caused by a 3rd party plugin. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains.

If the issue still exist, please re install X theme and Cornerstone. There might be some files that were corrupted. You can review our update guide and see the Manual Update section to re install X.

Please let us know how it goes.

Which account are you having trouble login in? Wordpress or the FTP?

I know what happened. For some reason the first exclamation in the password should be * instead. It changes to ! when I paste it in.
