Unable to resolve a conflict on the front end of your site has prevented the preview from loading

Hi, I’m getting this error and none of the fixes in your documentation on the topic are resolving the issue.

I use Cloudflare but have excluded /x/ from all caching and performance. I am on Flywheel hosting and that’s the only caching I have used, which was cleared with no effect.

Can you help me understand what’s happening here?

I have made no site-wide changes since last using Cornerstone without issue.

Hello @BlackMarketOrganic,

Thanks for writing in! I can see that you are using WordPress 4.9 and with an older version of X theme (5.1.1) and Cornerstone (2.0.6). Please be advised that we already have release X theme 6.4.4 and Cornerstone 3.4.4. You can now update to this latest version. This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Please let us know how it goes.
