Unable to reply to a reply I received for my post?

Why am I unable to answer the reply to my post? Chrome and Firefox two operating systems, cache cleared.

Please fix this as I’m sure this is a major bug!

Thanks for writing in!

There is no such bug reported till now for the forum.
You ticket may have closed, thats why you are not able to reply.
If this is an open ticket, can you please test with a different computer or browser and let us know if that work.

This is the first time I’ve been able to reply… Tested with Windows 7 and 10 on 3 different computers… I’ve been providing on-line tech support daily for over 30 years and do not report an issue unless I’ve checked it out on my end. Thanks
