Unable To Reorder My Custom Menu

I went into my website custom menu today to reorder some items and have encounter problems…

Normally when you click on a menu item and hold the button you can drag the menu item into a new location. Today when I click on the menu item it does nothing and I can not drag the menu item. Any thoughts???
