Unable to remove sidebar from woocommerce shop page

I have looked at the support forum.
However in my situation:
There are no options for page templates under “shop” page. So I cannot set it too full width.
There is not Shop Layout option under woocommerce Shop in the Customize menu, so I cannot make it happen here either.

Thoughts?

Thanks for writing in! Upon checking your referenced site, I don’t see any sidebars on your Shop page single products.

Could you please try clearing your browser cache and re-test your issue again.
