Unable to register Cornerstone from within WordPress

I have this message…

" You’re almost finished!
Cornerstone is not validated . Place your Envato purchase code or Themeco license for instant access to automatic updates, support, and custom templates. [Learn more] about product validation or [manage licenses] directly in your Themeco account."

Then it says…
It says " Uh oh , we couldn’t check if this license was valid. [Details.]

The “Details” button opens a blank pop-up window

I have registered my purchase code with you to open this account (which works) but the plugin won’t take it.

Site is hosted locally (127.0.0.1) on domain “caring4u.co.uk”, I busted open the firewall for a while but it didn’t make any difference.

@thewebbooth,

Thanks for reaching out.

To better help with your concern, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

Thank you.

As I said it is hosted locally. The url will do you no good at all, you won’t get through my NAT box.

Hello @thewebbooth,

Please check out the common issues with validation and how you can resolve them here:

Meanwhile, i have checked your license code and it is assigned to http://caring4u.co.uk/. In your local installation, kindly check if you have the same URL settings. Go to WordPress dashboard > Settings > General, the license code must be assigned to the URL which you are validating. Since you have assigned it to http://caring4u.co.uk/ you should be validating the theme in the site URL http://caring4u.co.uk/. Now, if in your local installation, you only have http://caring4u.dev, then log in to your Themeco Account and add and assign a staging URL as well.

Hope this makes sense.

OK I have published to a test url on the Internet and added a secure note about logins.

Hey Chris,

Thank you for providing the credentials. I checked your setup and the license I see is validated and there is no message regarding validation in the WordPress admin panel (see screenshot)

As a test i also created a Test page in Cornerstone and i didn’t have any issue (see secure note)

Clear all caches including your browser’s cache and check your site now. Let us know if the issue persists. Thanks!
