Unable to register another new licence - got banned

Hi there,

we have a dozens of X Theme licences purchased via ThemeForest, maybe close to 100.

I have made an error - I have downloaded full installation package and forgot to download licence as well. Than I closed the window, realised my mistake and went back. There is no indication which purchase is linked to which of our projects, so I just went and tried to register a bunch of previously download packages/licences and tried which one gets through, which got me banned from trying that in like 5 tries here on Themeco.

Can you please help me? The interface is not designed for people who have many of the same licences.

It may be difficult to identify this accurately without more details. However, I would suggest checking the purchase date listed under each item in your Envato account, as this can help indicate which purchase you are referring to. You can also try matching the payment date from your card or bank statement with the purchase date shown in your account.

Additionally, you may contact Envato Support directly. If you are able to provide the details they request, they may be able to help you locate the purchase from their records.

Thanks for the quick reply, but I need to get unbanned from registering new licences here first.

I will eventually find which is which (also it would be difficult as well, because our last purchase included 10 licences at the same time), the ban is the more immediate block for me.
