Unable to pull Elements into the page in PRO

Hey guys,

I’m experiencing the same issue on two of my sites:


I am totally unable to pull elements into the page editor.

Here’s a screencapture showing what I mean.

Any help is appreciated. Leaving a secure note with login info.

Thank you for the credentials. I can see the issue.

Based on Pro > Status, your settings are sufficient.

There’s no error too on console indicating the root cause of the issue.

Though, you have so many plugins in there. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time. Make sure to clear cache before checking again.

Thanks for narrowing it down guys – looks like it was the plugin Highlight and Share causing the issue!

Hi @jayclouse,

Glad you found the culprit, regretfully we can not provide support for 3rd party plugins. Please reach to the plugin author for assistance for now you can deactivate that plugin when you edit a page in Cornerstone and just enable it back after.
