Unable to preview edit content after Pro 4.0 update

Hi,
1st up… very excited about the new version of Pro, it looks awesome.

Although I am having an issue with an existing site that I have updated. The issue is that while I can add elements in the editor (and preview those edits), that are not dynamically showing in the edit preview section.

Site history - had a theme (Viewport by ThemeZilla) > updated to X by Themco (2 years ago) > updated to Pro (version: 4.0.4). Has a child theme.

A bit more info… that example page is a new page, the cache has been cleared, plugins turned off, no CSS code and even tried without the child theme.

Another comment… this issue is affecting another 3 of my in-development staging sites with a similar situation in that they are updates from X and other themes.

Been turning plugins on and off… which is solving the problem. Interestingly, SG Optimizer was a culprit.
