Unable to place order on WooCommerce when using Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce

After installing the plugin and creating custom fields for the checkout process, users of the site noticed that when clicking the “Place Order” button on the checkout page, the page just jumped to the top and nothing else happened after that. When disabling the plugin, the button worked fine.

Checking the console showed nothing.

Is anyone aware of any incompatibilities between X Pro and this plugin?

Hey Matthew,

That normally happens if you miss filling out a required field. Please confirm or test filling out all the required fields because I’ve tested the Woo Checkout Editor just now and I can’t replicate the issue.

Also, kindly do the following troubleshooting step and let us know if one of the step helps.

  1. Testing For Plugin Conflict
  2. Theme Update
  3. Child Theme
  4. Css/Js Customization
