I exported a simple 4 column layout and imported it into another website but for some reason the text gets big, goes off the column and if I try to make it viewable for smaller devices text goes off the columns. Feel free to make any changes necessary, because I can’t find the issue.
The first website everything works amazingly, but when I import it to the second website nothing works.

It’s not the same because the root font size is different.
Please check under Theme Options > Typography and make sure the settings are the same for the two sites.

I checked the Typography setting and they’re matching but when I select the device icon in the xtheme editor, change the device to 481px-767px and lower it doesn’t scale the same as the ursiteurway when I set it up on that.

I have logged in and check your site. I am seeing this:
The upload images is smaller. You should have uploaded at least 600 pixel wide image. And also, you inserted this in one site:

And use this one on the other:
<h4><span style="color: #6b6b6b;"><strong>Mentorting</strong></span></h4>
<p><span style="color: #999999;">By ursiteurway</span></p>
Which would explain the difference in the headings.
