After upgrading, I noticed that when I add a new section or row I am unable to see it full width…it shows margins on both sides. Before upgrading, I was able to turn off the containers and the pages would go automatically be full-width.
Did something change?

Thank you for writing in, nope nothing is change with regards to the Row’s Column Container option. Can you confirm that you have both updated the X and Cornerstone on latest versions, please refer here for the latest supported versions.
Remember to clear all caches after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
Another thing, be sure that your page template is not changed to Blank - Container.
