Unable to load cornerstone - Critical Error on Website

Hello,

I am not able to load Cornerstone on my website. It is giving a 500 error and the message “There has been a critical error on this website.” on the page.

I have updated my X theme as well as cornerstone. My memory limit is set to 512M. Can someone assist me in figuring out what is wrong with this?

Hi Sean,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your website listed in your Themeco Account and found that the X and Cornerstone are updated to the latest version. I would suggest you update the Cornerstone once by following the below steps.

  1. Delete the Cornerstone
  2. And use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone. It will be on the latest version

If that does not help, there might be some different reasons behind your issue. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization
5.Disabling Cache
6.Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above help, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
