Unable to load content from post. in *****/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/classes/element/class-element-front-end.php

Hello,

we are currently dealing with the debugging of our website, which has been somewhat neglected in the past.

In this context, we noticed that our Apache error log frequently generates the following warning:

AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: PHP Warning: Exception: Unable to load content from post. in /***URL***/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/classes/element/class-element-front-end.php on line 219', referer: ***URL***? rest_route=%2Fwc%2Fv3%2Fproducts&_method=get&include=10082%2C10844%2C9337&page=1&per_page=25&_for=jetpack&token=P53Cz0q%28PR6MjC1FKrjB%28stB9Cot%23ATY%3A1%3A115&timestamp=1646891487&nonce=Lq9Wce6KV3&body- hash&signature=HUmdLc8HPY5vS27uLSkKUvNBJ20%3D

Is this warning known? What can we do about it?

Hello @akkuratGSV,

Thanks for writing to us.

It seems that it might be the issue of version compatibility issue. I would suggest please make sure your server PHP version is 7.4 or 7.4+ and also your theme, plugins, and WordPress core are updated as per our version compatibility issue.

The server PHP version is also recommended by WordPress as well.

I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

  1. Testing For Theme Related Issue
  2. Testing For Plugin Conflict
  3. Theme Update
  4. Child Theme
  5. Css/Js Customization
  6. Increasing Php Memory Limit
  7. Disabling Cache
  8. Disabling Cdn
  9. Permalinks
  10. Version Compatibility

If none of those work, It would be best if you could copy your live website to your staging area. and send your details in a secure note so that we can investigate your setting without breaking your live site. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password
  • FTP Details

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts

Thanks
