Unable to Install website via design cloud, please assist

Hello,

I am having the same issue. I can install the smaller packages, but when I try to install a whole site, it hangs. I’m trying to install the Crafty site. Can you please give it a try?

It show as Installed after a couple of minutes, but when I reload the page, it is gone again.

Thanks for reaching out.

Please ask your hosting provider to change the following settings.

allow_url_fopen = On
upload_max_filesize = 512M
post_max_size = 512M
max_execution_time = 300
max_input_time = 300
max_allowed_packet = 16Mb
innodb_log_file_size = 128mb
