Unable to install website templates

I can’t seem to install any website templates, there is no error message, it just stops loading after awhile and says “install”.

Would you mind sharing your credentials so that we can check and confirm the issue? To do that, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password
  • website template name

Hello Stewart,

You seem to have hosted the site on your local computer by which cannot be accessed over the internet. We cannot test your staging site. You may need to host it over the web with 3rd party hosting sites like WPEngine or Kinsta.

Meanwhile, you will need to go to Tools > Site Health > Info > Server. You must make sure that your Upload Max Filesize and the Post Max size is at least 32MB. You may need to check this article:
