Due to reasons outside of my control, I’m unable to install plugins through the dashboard. I have to install via FTP manually. I saw in another thread that you were able to send the .zip file to someone. Could I have that sent to me as well?

Can you please share the website login details in secure note? I would like to take a look and see that problem that’s stopping Revolution Slider getting installed from Extensions page.
I see that you are using X Theme. I suggest you to go to the downloads section of Themeforest and click on the Download button and then click on All Files and Documentation next to X Theme.

Once the file has been downloaded, please extract the zip file and under Extensions folder you can get the offline installable file of Revolution Slider. Here’s a screencast.
