i’m unable to download the ravenwood footer template. it keeps giving me the uh-oh message. some other templates are also not installing as well.

I am confused because there is no Ravenwood Footer template in the Design Cloud. Is this you own custom template? Meanwhile, please go to Pro > Status. Copy the results and paste it in your next reply. We need to check your server settings.

I have double checked and I found the Ravenwood template in the Design Cloud. I have tested installating it several times on my local testing server and it is perfectly working. Based on the information you have sent, it seems that you are using an older version of PHP. I would recommend that you update it to at least 7.2 and make sure that your server settings meet the requirements to run the latest WordPress, Theme and plugins. Please check out this links:

I’ve updated my pHp but still get the error installing fyi.
I’ve downloaded from the link instead but still cannot install. it shows the error that the file is not corrected formatted.
I’m also having same issue with Adventure 10 header. Think it’s some issue on your end. Can you help to check?

I was able to import the Ravenwood footer template on your site. The ConvertPlus seems to have something to do with it, as when I deactivate that plugin the template imported successfully.
