Unable to install pro child theme

Hi, I am unable to install the Pro child theme. I am told that I need to install the parent theme. But of course, it is installed and up to date. Please can you help. Thanks.

Thanks for writing to us.

I would suggest you please install the fresh copy of the Pro theme from the Themeco account dashboard and reinstall it, I would suggest you please download the child theme from here and install the child theme.

If it doesn’t work for you please share the FTP details so that we can check it on our end.

Hey @sarahlouisewaterhouse,

You cannot install the Pro child theme because you have renamed the pro folder to pro-7. You must revert the name of the Pro theme so that the Pro Child theme can be installed and will work.
