Unable to install designcloud templates

Hi There,

Whenever I try to install a template from Design Cloud, I get an error:

Uh oh! Failed to install template name

I was, in the past, able to install these templates. But now every template installation fails with an Uh oh! sound.

Here is my server information from Site Health:

cURL version	7.62.0 OpenSSL/1.0.2k
Is SUHOSIN installed?	No
Is the Imagick library available?	Yes
.htaccess rules	Custom rules have been added to your .htaccess file.

Anyone any Ideas why Design Cloud installations are failing?

Hi Shahid,

Would you please kindly contact your hosting service provider and ask them to whitelist theme.co domain?
If you still have problems I’d appreciate it if you get back to us with the URL/User/Pass of your website via Secure Note to follow up.

I also need to know if there is a specific site that is not loading or all sites of the Design Cloud have that problem for you.

Hi Christopher,

I only have X theme on 1 site.

I’ve contacted web host to unblock theme.co domain.

Will reply back once they confirm unblocking the domain.

I will share my login credentials later if unblocking domain does not resolve the issue or if the web host say they haven’t blocked the domain.
