Unable to Install Cornerstone Themes

I’ve gone through the docs and have done all of the steps. But it still fails. I need help.

Thanks for writing in.

I just want to clarify, by Cornerstone Themes, I believe you’re referring to the Design Cloud? If so, please ask your web host to configure the following server settings to the specified value or more.

memory_limit = 512M
upload_max_filesize = 512M
post_max_size = 512M
max_execution_time = 300
max_input_time = 300
max_allowed_packet = 16Mb
innodb_log_file_size = 128mb
allow_url_fopen = On

If you’re using ConvertPlus, please temporarily deactivate that plugin while using the Design Cloud as there’s currently a known conflict with it which is still being fixed.

If none of the suggestions help, please provide the following information in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password
• FTP access

Hi Kishen,

Thank you for the credentials, please let us know which Design Cloud Demo you’re trying to install so we can test it.

In the meantime, I was able to install the Creative Columns 2 template with no issue. So the issue could be something specific on your end, please try using the Incognito or private mode of your browser where there are no caching and browser add-ons involved.
