Unable to get email configuration in Xtheme Pro Button to work

We are currently trying to configure a button to the email option and we’re unable to get it to work Please advise. TY.

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your website and the Button you mentioned. And found that the MAILTO URL is set to the button and that is opening the Mailer Agent like Outlook which is expected. If you are trying to achieve something else, please elaborate on it a bit more to understand.
