Unable to Edit X theme options

Every time I try accessing the X theme on the dashboard, it says the site has experienced a critical error. Can you please assist.

Thank you for reaching out to us. This usually happens when there is a plugin or a script conflict, please check for the following first:

  1. Ensure everything is up to date including WordPress according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62 for more details.

  2. If you’re using a caching plugin, clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugin and other optimization plugins. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

  3. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

  4. Remove custom JavaScript and deactivate your child theme if using and switch to parent theme (take a complete backup first).

None of the suggested fixes seems to work. I have deleted all plugins and reinstalled them but still unable to access the X theme setting on the dashboard. Can you think of any other reason of why this problem is persisting? I have the latest version of the X theme and I actually just upgraded to the Pro version so I can fix the menu issue. I am unable to see the menus on mobile devices.

After upgrading, should I uninstall the X theme and upload the Pro version.
