Unable to Edit with Cornerstone

Hi,

Today the “Edit with cornerstone” button disappeared on all my pages. So I can not edit them anymore. Also on new pages the cornerstone buttons is not showing. Also it’s not possible to go directly to the cornerstone editor by going to ?=cornerstone=1

I already:

  • Reuploaded and activated the stable version of Cornerstone.
  • Saved the premalinks
  • Disabled all the plugins (execpt cornerstone)
  • Memory limits already sets 256M

None of the above options work. Do you have any other thoughts?

That’s most odd! Don’t worry though, we’ll get to the bottom of the issue. :slight_smile:

First up, have you recently used any of those database cleaning plugins? It’s possible they’ve deleted post meta required by Cornerstone to run.

Secondly what was the thing to change on the website before this stopped working? Perhaps it was an update, a new plugin being installed or something else?

Lastly in your database do you see any postmeta with the cs_ prefix in your post meta table?
