Unable to edit pages

I am currently unable to edit any pages using Cornerstone or WordPress. When attempting to enter edit mode, I only see a blank screen. Could you please advise? I will attach my credentials for reference.

Thanks for writing in! You seem to forget to include the URL of the site that is experiencing the issue. By the way, did the issue happened right after the updates? Please check this documentation instead:

I was logged in and I could not replicate the issue. I can edit the pages on the site.

Please provide which of the pages you have experienced the issue. You may need to clear your browser cache as well before you test the site again.

Are you using Chrome? I just tried editing pages with Safari, and it worked; however, Chrome is still not functioning correctly. I’ve already rebooted and updated Chrome, but the issue persists. When I click “Edit with Cornerstone,” it still looks the same. Please advise.

Hi Jennine,

I just rechecked it in my Chrome browser and it is working perfectly fine. It might be due to any browser extension, I would suggest you check in a different computer with the same browser and let us know about this.
