Unable to edit pages with cornerstone wile woocomerce is active

Hello Team.
I hope you can assist us with this estrange issue.
We have woocomerce version Versión 3.2.5 installed.
With this plugin active we are unable to use Cornerstone to edit any pages.
we get this error from de console log:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)
from the resourse http://bruster.com.uy/stage/cornerstone-endpoint we get this responce:
{“success”:false,“data”:{“invalid_user”:true,“message”:“nonce verification failed.”}}
We dont have this issue if we deactivate this plugin.
Did you had any other reports of something similar.?

Please let us know were can we start to look for a solution.

Thanks for posting in.

Sounds like a performance issue, please edit your site’s wp-config.php through FTP or your host’s file manager then add this line just above the WP_DEBUG line.

define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M');

Then test it again while Woocommerce is active. If the issue persists then we have to see the detail of the error, then let’s do this

1. Edit your site’s wp-config.php and replace this line

define('WP_DEBUG', false);

with these new lines

define('WP_DEBUG', true);
define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);
define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);

2. Test your builder while woocommerce is active to trigger the error

3. Download the file debug.log under /wp-content/ folder and provide its content in the secure note.

Then we’ll check what’s the actual error.
