We have recently updated to Pro 4.1.5, have Wordpress 5.6.2 and Php 7.4

Regretfully your credentials do not work for us.
There is a JS error on the page. It is coming from a custom JS in your child theme. Please switch to the parent theme and test the site again. It could also be caused by a plugin conflict, amongst other things. Please check out this troubleshooting article here and follow the instructions for the following sections (where appropriate):
