Unable to edit or create sliders (Slider Revolution)

I’m still experiencing problems with the Slider Revolution plugin. I have the plugin from my X theme licence. I am unable to edit existing or create new sliders. Can anybody help me?

System requirements seems to be fine and I can also see that you are running the compatible version of Revolution Slider. In that regards, can you please share website login details (url/username/password) in a secure note for us to take a closer look?

I was able to create a new slider.

I have tried to edit also and it is working well.

Please let us know if your rev slider is still not working.
