Unable To Edit Header, Content, Or Footer On Chromebook

Hello. While Chromebook is not ideal for design work, I’m unable to edit Pro Theme elements. This follows an update to the most recent version. The loading wheel finishes and it hangs on a dark grey page. My website appearance is unaffected. I’ve been able to edit in the past. Please advise.

Hi Chad,

Thanks for reaching out.
If you are getting the same issue in all the devices, there might be a few different reasons behind the issue you are having, I would suggest you troubleshot a few common issues on this.

1.Plugin Conflict
2.CSS/JS Customization
3.Disabling Cache
4.Child Theme Related issue

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

If that is not the case, and you are having this only in the Google Chromebook, please let us know the device version and the Operating system version you are using, it will help us to replicate the issue at our end.

Thanks
