Unable to download plugins

Hi there,
I have a few X licenses and I’ve got a problem with one site where the addon interface is all weird and I can’t download a single plugin that you offer with the theme.

the site is http://amblesideonline.co.uk.

I want to add Uber menu because the superfly menu doesn’t show any mobile menu.
The theme and wordpress are up to date.
Don’t know what to do.
Please help

Hi there,

It seems that you have updated Cornerstone to the latest version but left X outdated which is causing an incompatibility issue.

Kindly also update X to the latest version to avoid issues.
