Unable to delete Headers, templates

Whenever I try to eliminate an unused header or template nothing happens.

Thanks for writing in! usually, you go to Cornerstone > Header Builder and then select which custom header you’d like to delete with the delete icon. There could also be a plugin conflict that is preventing those custom headers from displaying. You can do any of the following:

• Testing For Theme Related Issue
• Testing For Plugin Conflict
• Theme Update
• Child Theme
• Css/Js Customization
• Increasing Php Memory Limit
• Disabling Cache
• Disabling Cdn
• Permalinks
• Version Compatibility

If that does not help, please provide us access to your site. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
– Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site
