Unable to delete an accordion item

Hello!

I am trying to delete an accordion item using cornerstone.
When clicking on the trash on the bottom right of the item, it takes me to the picture attached, where I am asked to confirm.
When clicking “yep”, nothing happens, everything freezes, I am unable to go back and save anything, or just to come back to editing my column, I have to close cornerstone and start again. And the accordion item is still there. Is it a bug? I could delete items easily until a few months ago.
I run the lastest versions of cornerstone and X.

Thank you for writing in, please do the following first:

• Ensure that you are fully up to date. WordPress, Theme, and Cornerstone (Version Compatibility)
• Clear all the site caches (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors. Please deactivate this caching features while we tackle this issue.
• Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If nothing works, try using Incognito or private mode of your browser. The issue could be a browser cache or browser addons.
