Unable to customize theme due to error

When I click into the customize theme

I get this error: Error thrown
Class ‘BoldThemes_Customize_Default’ not found

Please advise

Hi Corey,

Thank you for writing in, that errors seem to be coming from a different theme. Do you have other premium theme? (not the default WP theme). If so, try deleting it and then clear all your caching plugins/features.

If the issue persists, please provide us login credentials in a secure note so we can take a closer look.

Sent a secure note, I removed the other themes and still receive the error

Hello Corey,

I have switched the theme and the error still exists. This could be caused by a 3rd party plugin. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

You may need to reinstall WordPress core as well.
