Unable to create a new section since update

I cannot create a new section in Cornerstone as when I click an option of how many columns I get an Error:
Undefined element…something to do with a missing plugin ???

I have de activated all plugins as you would have asked. Still issue with error:
“Undefined element: This element could not render because its definition is missing. You might need to activate a plugin”

Please make sure that your X and Cornerstone plugin is on the latest version. Then, would you mind sharing your credentials so that we can check and confirm the issue? To do that, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password
