Unable to check for update. 4.3.3 shows as latest

I’m running Pro Unlimited sites on a cloudways vultr server. Most of my sites are not showing that there is a new update to the Pro theme. When I click the check for updates on the validation page it comes back saying “Unable to check for updates. Try again later.”

All sites are validated. Varnish is off and no caching enabled.

I have tried revoking validation from one site then gone into manage licenses and deleted the website. Then tried to validate a new site and copy/paste the code and get a different error.

What’s the deal?

– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

Looks like it was a CURL issue on the server. I think I have it fixed now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
