Unable to change WooCommerce Shop page template and Pro Header

Hello!

I have two issues here:

  1. There exists no option to change the page template of the woocommerce shop page under page attribute from backend.
  2. Even though I’ve assigned header site-wide/globally however, the same won’t appear on all the woocommerce affiliated pages such as shop, checkout, my-account pages.

Hi There,

Upon checking, I see that you’re using an incorrect child theme. Please download Pro child theme and install it on your Pro site.

Also I could not purge your server cache as I’m getting the following error.

Try disabling your 3rd party plugins and check this issue again.

Hello!

As instructed, I’ve reinstalled the correct child theme, however I’m still unable to find the template drop down under the page attributes.

Alright, so I was able to resolve issue #1 as the option to make fullwidth shop page was under the Theme Options>Woocommerce>Shop Options

However, I’m still unable to change the header for the shop as well as individual product page.

Hi There,

You did not properly assign your header to all of the products and your Shop page (which is the catalogue).

You only assign your header to your Product page, which is just a standard page.

I did go ahead and assign the custom header to all products and your Shop page (catalogue).

Alright, thank you so much!

After some hit and trial, I can see that in order to assign Pro headers on Woocommerce shop-base page (Catalogue in my case), I need to assign the header as ‘All Products’.
However, I think this shouldn’t be the case as I don’t want that hero Pro header to appear on the individual-product pages too.
All I want hero header to appear on the base-shop page and another standard header on individual-product page.

May you please point me in the right direction?

You are right, you can not assign a header only to shop page. We have added this to our issue tracker:

Unfortunately, you can not assign a header to shop page only for the time being. Please kindly stay tuned for upcoming releases to have a fix regarding this.
