Unable to Change Theme Options

When I try to change my theme, I click on the customize, I can’t load the theme options.

I tried these steps:

I see that on http://campuspublishers.com/ you are using the latest version of X Theme and Cornerstone. As Theme Options panel is not loading, please try out following solutions and let us know the outcome:

Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Reset your htaccess file by renaming it to .htaccess-bak. Then in WP Admin Menu, go to Settings > Permalinks and just click the Save Changes button.
Increase the PHP Memory Limit of your server. Click here3 for more detailed information and how to increase the PHP memory limit.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

Thank you for providing the credentials. I checked your setup and I see you’ve the old version of WordPress installed i.e v4.9.8

Please note that the minimum required version is 5 to run X / Pro, please update the WordPress installation to the latest version to fix the issue.
