I am unable to activate my new X license. I keep getting the error

This error indicates that there is a problem with cURL connecting to our server so you will need to reach out to your hosting provider and ask them to open up their firewall so you can connect to our server. They can test the connection by running a curl on following IP: 34.199.208.181.
