Unable to Access X Theme Options

Hello -

Since upgrading to latest X theme version, i am not able to access the Theme Options section of the site. I just get an ongoing spiral. I have checked out the related articles that have come up but they don’t appear to address the issue.

Can you assist?

Hey There,

Please try going to Settings > Permalinks and saving your current permalink settings. If that does not resolve your issue provide us with login credentials so we can take a closer look. Please provide following information:

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • FTP credentials

Hello - just hoping to check back in on this.

New update - i deactivated Cornerstone and I am able to upload media again (HTTP Error no longer shows). But it has created some issues with certain parts of the site.

Thanks for sharing the credentials. I went ahead and checked your site it seems you are using WordPress version of 5.0.3 and your Ninja Forms plugin was conflicting with the latest version of our theme. I have updated your WordPress version and Ninja Forms plugin as well. I have also updated the theme and Cornerstone plugin. Please check your site, theme option is working fine and loading properly.
Please make sure everything updated as per our version compatibility
