Is there any way to access my site if the staging link is dead? The domain expired and I’m trying to move it to a new address but I can’t find the content anywhere.

If you are using 3rd party staging solutions like WPEngine, Pantheon or FlyWheel, you maybe able to access your staging site. But if your staging site is also with the domain that is already like http://example.com/staging or http://staging.example.com/ then you will have to renew your domain in order to access it again.
If you still have access to your host server, please contact their support and ask further assistance. They might be able to help you in migrating your site as well.
