Unable to access editor from page in PRO after WP update

Before WP updated to 5.5 I was able to access the PRO page editor when I try to edit pages. Before the update, there were three options for edits; visual, text, and PRO. Now, there is no option for Pro available at all, only visual and text. It is the same for post pages. At this point I am unaware of any updates for PRO.

Is there a setting I am supposed to change somewhere? My PHP version is 7.4 9 and my PRO version is 3.2.3

Hi Jon,

Thank you for reaching out to us. This is a know issue with the WP 5.5 update and we’ve already submitted this to our issue tracker so the developers will be made aware of it.

Until a fix is released, you can edit your pages either via Pro > Content or go to Pages > select the page and click Edit with Pro (see screenshot)

Does this also apply to WooCommerce Product pages? I used to see the editor replaced with an “Edit with Pro” graphic.

Please provide us with more details about what do you really meant by WooCommerce product pages. Are you talking about Shp Page, Cart Page,Checkout Page or WooCommerce product details page(Single Product Page)?

If you are talking about Shp Page, Cart Page,Checkout Page and My Accout Page then I would recommend that any WooCommerce customization should be done through template customization while following WooCommerce standard, and not with the builder. So I would recommend you to not use page builder in WooCommerce these pages.

If you are talking about Product details page(Single Product Page) then you may use page builder there but the layout is not going to be chnaged and the content you will add from the builder would be display in the Product Discription box.
