Unable add assets from design cloud

I am unable to add Site or any content from design cloud it tells to validated the account though my account is validated. Please help
How to add design cloud assets ?

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your Themeco Account Dashboard and found that the no site is listed there. You need to add the site into your Themeco Account to validate it. Please let me know if that exists in any other account that you have along with login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

NOTE: If the site is not already listed with some other account please add that to get further support.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts
