All of a sudden when I login into my site I’m redirected to the my-account shop page. I have no access to dash, I’ve tried renaming the plugin folder, creating a new admin in phpmyadmin not neither work. I get the message - Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page. I’m at a complete loss right now.

Its happen when you are logging with a customer privileged user credentials,
or I can say a user who has been registered as a customer to your site.
If there is any other co-admin account, you can request them to grant admin role to you.
Else then you can try with FTP access of your site and create a new admin user account as described

Also if you have any specific plugin that manages the user roles, you can disable those through FTP/ File Manager by renaming it.
And try to login in again.
If this doesn’t resolve it, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note, including:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP/CPanel Credentials
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

All fixed, I had to change my user access in the myphpadmin as I lost my admin access.
