When I open the page it jumps between two different layouts see the images attached. Do you have any idea why?

Thank you for writing in, the issue there is the header does not have sufficient height. Please navigate to Theme Options > Header > Navbar Top Height and adjust it around 98 - 100 (logo height + margin).
