I’m getting this error: “Uh oh, we couldn’t check if this license was valid” when trying to validate my product on my website. The details pop-up is blank. I have already searched through the forum and support docs, and based on prior forum posts it seems like a staff member will need to do something on their end.

In most cases, it could be just location issues which is why you cannot validate. Please check out this documentation:
