Based on previous Theme Co responses, I have asked my the following questions:
My WordPress installation is having a hard time making outbound HTTP requests. I’m using X theme and it makes a request to community.theme.co for setting up automatic updates. Here is the error message I’m receiving: INSERT SCREENSHOT OR ERROR MESSAGE
Could you please do the following?
*** Ensure my site can reach this domain: theme.co**
*** Ensure cURL is working, and allow_url_fopen is enabled.**
*** Ensure PHP is configured with the latest CA Root Certificates.**
*** Check into the error message above.**
Please advise on anything you discover. Thank you.

Please verify with Theme Co and see if the requests are reaching their servers and if there could be any kind of blockage on their side. In case that there is anything else that we should verify on our end just let us know and our team will assist you right away. Also specify which domain is facing issues and how can we replicate the problem from our side.
